Here's what to do:
Take pics of your wicker pieces. We need a pic of any damage whatsoever and at least one good closeup of the weave so that we can determine
the paint condition. Please remove all cushions and provide one good overall shot of each piece.
Hard copy pics will work, but digital pics are better. Send the pics to us by email or USPS. If sending by email, send no more than 6 in an email.
More than 6 pics, send more than 1 email. Important: please use your photo editing software to reduce the size of the pics. Most pics come out of your
camera in a size that exceeds 1 meg. Put a number of them on my mail server and it will probably shut down. We do not return hard copy photos.
Don't have a camera or can't get them uploaded to email? Go to Wal-Mart or Walgreens and buy a throwaway camera. Take lots of shots. Get it
processed and send us the pics. Contact us by phone or email for the address to send the pics to.
Tell us in the email that you are interested in having your wicker repaired or restored. We get pics for many different reasons, so it helps to
know why we are receiving yours.
Restoration returns the piece as close as possible to its original status. The restored area usually will not show as any different from the rest
of the piece.
Repair makes the piece usable again, but the repair may show. We can repair or restore depending on the piece.
There are various options available for getting the wicker to and from either of my workshops, one here in Trinity FL, just north of Tampa,
near New Port Richey and Tarpon Springs. We are now also located in Saint Albans Vermont during the summer months.
For more information or to talk about your restoration needs, please call me at 727-992-2142. Also, you can send me an email at ThatWickerGuy@gmail.com.
Thanks for looking. Wayne and Kathie - That Wicker Guy
